Question Godflesh-related?

Mrs Fish was well chuffed when I bought her a SNES with Super Mario World and Kirby's Ghost Trap for Xmas.

Now that's a blast from the past!! I remember being hooked on a few of those games. Took me ages to get to the end of G'n'G and I'll never forget the disappointment when I killed the flying dragon and found out that the second half of the game was an exact rerun of the first half! I was constantly ribbed about the Amstrad because all my mates had a C64 (or in one case an Amiga!) and said the C64 versions were all better, which in most cases they were. Does that emulator work for PC too?

I think youll find emulators for whatever platforms you want there.
Its not just a mac only site or anything..

Its wierd cause I just dug out that link to rombomb a few days ago when I came across my registration email for the site. Signed up months ago and never used it.
Guess now you can download what ever the hell you want and dont have to sign up anymore! Figured Id put it up cause theres plenty of old guys like me that still love playing TRVE video games!!

I think I play Centipede and Tempest more than any console Ive ever owned haha.

What kind of gold veins have I missed because of registering here a couple years too late?? Sorry for digging up old stuff like this but this one particularly got me astounded! I'd be very keen to see some of the old photos. Are they distributable? It was very great to know more about the story behind Final. Also, it was really surprising to find out some names of Justin's projects e.g. Crusade and Mesh, now that I have International Sound Communication 2 and Destined to Decay compilation cassettes that contain tracks under their names. Does Justin have all the tapes in question now and are they going to be on the Final Origins 1983-87 boxset?
adhd

at crumbling flesh.com,in the articles&reviews section, the earliest interview has justin talking about a shitload of those early final tapes.
that whole era is just torture for a completist.not only will one never get to own any original copies of that stuff,i wonder if it all will ever be completly catalogued.[did i spell that wrong? crazy ]
the final box is going to be five albums worth of material,hand-picked and remastered by jb,from the final cass. releases.
if we lived in fantasy-land it would be a vol.1 box with more on the way till we had all that stuff remastered on cd.
what are ya gonna do? Rolling Eyes Wink

oh,and i think justin, nic, and skiddoo between them have all those tapes and then some.counting the live and rehearsal stuff that didnt get released/distributed.

I'm curious. I'd love to catalog all this stuff...

However, am I alone in saying I don't think I want to have it all? Would I listen to JKB at the age of 15, screaming into a mic for the sake of noise, b/c 'man is a shitter...'?

If he (and whomever else) were recording every two weeks, I'd rather have him cull through it all and release what's worthy (uh, five discs seems like a lot, IMHO) than just get a mass of 80 hours of noise.

*shrug* I'm more curious to get a good history out of this stuff. Timeline, band names, put that together in an 'early-days bio'.

oh yeah,i'd very much like to have it all.
needless to say i cant imagine actually trying to get through 80 hours of the stuff in one sitting or anything.

yes, thats exactly what i meant.catalogue the history of it,that would be pretty sweet.
but then to also be able to go through and listen to it all?
DOSS!!![whatever that means]
