I don't have much experience remixing other peoples work but I'd like to give it a try. So, if you want a Lusca remix, count me in.

Busy studies continue and I'm having a dual qualification, I really need to concentrate on them. Therefore I have significantly less time to work on my leisure projects and I'll have a break. Both my studies and this project are something I want to spend a while on and do carefully.

Thought to tell here too so you know there's really no hurry, I'll mention again when I will resume. If you change your mind or are still interested in joining, just give me a shout!

Looks like things are already pretty packed, but if you've got room for one more, I'd love to give a remix a go!

I do music under my own name now (Jason Vincion) because I got tired of having 3000 different projects.

Still definately coming! Sorry for the delay, it's been 2 months since my last post. Finally got some more time to compose this track, the raw layers I'll give you will be ready within November. If there are updates on your status please let me know. Smile

I'm struggling for time this week but if you're still accepting people I'd like to give it a bash, even if just to dust some cobwebs off..

It's alright, most likely takes a couple weeks for me to finish the layers.

Ha, nice! Making the track takes a while, haven't been doing dnb before and this is my first official track. Embarassed
Well it's made my way, super fast snare blasts (or rolls I don't know) are a motif I must say.

I surely wish so. sniggering
Well, to give you even a slightest hunch what's the sound like and to get you geared up here's a work-in-progress 30-sec sample. I hope no one calls it off now... lol Embarassed

I'm still working on the base drum patterns, got around 1:30 ready. Still needs a lot more samples and layers.
The tempo is currently 177bpm fyi, quite sure that's the final decision. I'll upload the layers as 110bpm for the downtempo remixers as well when it's done.

Done some subtle sample and fx changes (more distortive) and raised the tempo 3bpm. Currently working on the 1st breakdown, about 1/3 of the track is done, basically.

Updated sample here, streamable!

I'm currently fighting with time as I have my studies and other releases to do since this is only a sideproject. I would guess week 45, I've set an absolute final deadline to get it done it before December. Smile

The ones on FB might have noticed the name Kontrol Deprivator - Proto Substance for this.

Well, it definately seems like the layers are coming up this week - only second breakdown and the outro to do! Try to prepare some time to remix for the weekend and/or next two weeks. Smile

So here they finally are, took less than I thought! Both packs contain raw wave-file samples, patterns etc., the front cover and a 320kbps mp3 of the final outcome that will be on the album.

110BPM (downtempo): DL pt1 (86MB) DL pt2 (75MB)
180BPM (original): DL (123MB)

Go go! Tentative deadline November 24th! Beat-based, under 9min please! Send me the tracks lossless in a PM with a link (I prefer MediaFire when it comes to uploading), any problems or questions - don't hesitate!

EDIT: Excuse my very short memory, but I can't remember who's title was BTRX! Browsed through all my PMs and stuff but no record. Sad

Great! Here's a sample of Juraj's newmachine mix, with fast breakbeats and heavy downtuned guitars that remind me of The Blood of Heroes.

Fumbled around with this yesterday evening for a bit. I have an idea where the remix is going but I need some NANG bass.

Splendid! No restrictions when it comes to adding or changing layers and samples, twist and tweak it however you wish. Wink

I've got a mostly finished version. Do you need this mastered/compressed in any way?

Nah, it's ok. I might compress it, adjust EQ a little or add fades but that's pretty much it. I leave it pretty much up to the artist and I won't do any major changes.
